If you are in your final year (last semester) of studies, then we at 9series will offer you an internship + full-time job, where you need to commit to the company by signing a service agreement to remain associated with the organization for the 6 months of training (with a stipend) and 2 years of a full-time job.
If you completed the final year, then you will be offered 2 years a full-time job with a service agreement. Once selected you have to provide a security cheque of INR 1,00,000/- to 9series Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This cheque will not be deposited into our account unless there are any efforts of breaking the service agreement from your end. The purpose of this cheque is to fulfill the loss that may occur to the company if you conclude the service agreement before 2 years. In case if the service agreement ends before 2 years from your end, the company will not provide any relief and experience or any such supportive documents. The company will return your cheque and documents back to you on the successful completion of the service agreement.

The entire selection process is divided into 3 rounds. You will be moved to the next round only if you are selected in the previous round.
After completion of each round, you will get results asap.
We are aiming to complete the first 3 rounds of selection by the same day. We will be informed prior to each round.
Round 1 - This will be a system-based MCQ round. (System will be provided in the company itself)

Over the period of time, we have observed that college graduating students are not ready to be placed for professional services. They need to go through lots of training, and as an organization, we will be investing in such training along with a paid internship. We think that candidates need to stay with the organization for a certain duration for the above reason. Also, the organization is committing to a two-year salary & appraisal mentioned in the above question. There will be an agreement document that needs to be signed by both the parties (Company and Candidate). As part of this agreement, candidates don't have to submit any sort of money in advance, this would be documented agreement, where candidates need to provide a cheque in favor of the organization, and after completion of the agreement duration, the same cheque will return back. The cheque will not be deposited unless an agreement is breached.

The work location will be from the Ahmedabad office. At this moment we do not have provision for work from home.
