The most awaited update is accessible now. Apple rolled out “powerful” iOS 9. But it looks like a little jump, there is a few of new stuff in Apple’s new OS. Apple is coming out with its new operating system along with new low battery mode. For the rest, Maps adds the strength to easily explore nearby locations and routing updated with a substitute route when commuter traffic changes.
iPad Multitasking
Finally, an iPad gets multitasking that makes it a much more usable for work. New iPad models get a Slide Over, it works similar to the Control Center to swiftly check out certain applications. While there’s also now a dedicated multi-window mode where you can run two applications at the same time. Where non-Apple application will need an update to the newer version. This latest feature on iOS devices will lead iOS application developers and existing application vendors to build new update for their current application version.
Switching to iPhone
Apple has made it easy to change from Android phone to new iPhone. You can switch to iPhone in just a few steps.The android application developers has already developed one application to Move content with a migration app. Copy My Data App will transfer calendars, contacts, videos and photos through Wi‑Fi. Now, no need to connect your phone to a computer, it can be done by downloading an app on both devices from respective app stores and follow the given instructions. Now, nothing can stop you to have all your Android data to your new iPhone.
iCloud
iCloud connects Apple devices in best ways. For iCloud connection, one should have the latest versions of things such as documents, photos, notes, apps and contacts — on whatever device being used. It allows to share photos, locations, calendars and more with friends and family with an ease. It helps to find your device automatically, in case it is lost or misplaced.
Other Small Enhancements
Again, iOS 9 isn’t about huge improvements, it’s more about internal enhancement of stuff such as:
- Back to an App: When you click on a link or notification from an application, you can easily go back to an original application you were using by clicking the back button in the top left corner.
- Search in Settings: It will be easy to search setting toggles in Setting Application.
- Battery Saver Mode: When you need to save power, you can enable low power mode that lowers your CPU speed for the time being, stops synchronizing mail messages, knockouts motion effects, turns off wireless services like Wi-Fi & Bluetooth and turns off Background App Refresh in order to sustain battery life.
- Shift Key Changes: When you click Shift key on the keyboard, it will now change the typescripts to show which input mode you’re in.
- New default apps: Besides News, you can get the Find My Buddies and Find My iPhone app.
- Six Digit Password: Now, you can now set a 6 digit passcode for extra security.
iOS 9 represents a major release of Apple’s mobile operating system. Overall, iOS 9 gives a series of new consumer-oriented features. It improves search with contextual intelligence and applies this same technology to improve the Siri experience. For these reasons, many users will likely be to upgrade as early as possible.
