The client, a financial institution, aimed to modernize and optimize their HR operations by automating core workflows. They selected Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, for this transformation. Previously, HR processes like Recruitment (ATR), Joiner, Leaver, Employment Changes, and Study Assistance were managed manually through emails and spreadsheets, causing inefficiencies, errors, and compliance risks. The project's goal was to develop a centralized, automated HR system that would streamline approvals, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver a consistent user experience.
