  • Coordinating and controlling project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Effective utilisation of resources.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Participate in the full development life cycle process from software definition, through Assisting and reporting to the head of projects.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Schedule management and ensure timely delivery.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Skills Sets:

  • Experience in project coordination & client communication.
  • Risk Management and Risk Mitigation capabilities.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Empathy to understand the team and client’s mindset.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be a good team player.

Added Advantage:

  • Project Management Certification.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Zoho Projects.
  • Technical background is an added advantage.
