- Participate as a team member & fosters teamwork by intergroup coordination within the modules of the project.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Skill Set Required
- 5+ Years of quality assurance testing experience is required.
- Must have Team leading experience.
- Strong background with Manual testing, Web application testing, Black box testing.
- Proven experience in QA methodologies.
- Should be proficient in DB, SQL Queries & SQL Joins.
- Should have very good communication skills.
- Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated.
- Experience in mentoring and assisting the team also grooming the team with best practices.
- Experience in appropriate configuration management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in taking decisions which influence the success of the projects and team objectives.
Added Advantage
- Experience to Automation tools and Agile testing process is an advantage.
- Candidates with Advanced Testing certification is desirable.
